Specialties

Fresh & Fabulous Cafe is family-owned and operated. We've been around since 2006, yet the family history in baking and cooking goes back much further. We use fine ingredients and traditional methods to produce the exceptional artisanal bread, sauces and dressings that go into our gourmet sandwiches, burgers, panini, and salads. We make our soups from scratch, we use real butter in our quiche crusts and baked goods, and our recipe books have pages over 80 years old.

History

Established in 2006.
Fresh & Fabulous Cafe exemplifies fresh dining. The brainchild of Magda Weydt, the cafe was started in a tiny storefront in the historic Woolworth Building. Fast-forward to today and the cafe has moved around the corner to Centennial Plaza and expanded to a space three times its original size, accommodating the breakfast and lunch rush. We have also won multiple awards for food, catering and lunch service.

Owner

Owner Magda Weydt is a Registered Dietitian. She started her career in food safety and nutrition education where she conducted inspections and classes as well menu writing for the County of LA Senior Nutrition Program and many private clients. Today, she is excited to be putting her knowledge to work running a healthful restaurant that serves delicious food.

Love this place. I have tried almost everything on their menu and without a doubt everything tastes great! Try the cranberry chicken sandwhich panini style or salad, personally it's one of my favs there

The food is unique, tasty and truly fresh and fabulous. A refreshing place for downtown Oxnard. Seating is nice either inside or outside. Service is very friendly and attentive.

Have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Love the panini sandwiches and the newest addition of Tractor organic sodas. This place is great!
